All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping time
As items are shipped internationally, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. In some cases delivery may take longer due to customs processing or courier delays outside of our control.

Customs and delays
PawFold is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local courier services once the package has left our fulfilment centre. Any customs fees or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
